At Site Fuel, we love to celebrate the talented individuals who drive our success every day, and today, we’re shining the spotlight on Samor.
Since joining Site Fuel in November 2021, Samor has been an incredible asset to our team, growing from a Sourcing Specialist to Sourcing Manager. Her journey is one of learning, leadership, and dedication, and we couldn’t be more excited to share her story.
I'm Samor.
I began my journey with Site Fuel in Nov 2021 as a Sourcing Specialist. I onboarded right after COVID when life was “getting back to normal.” Initially, it was a slow start for me because who knew there were so many fuel types? Along the way, I connected with some great suppliers that offered meaningful insight into different fuel types and their purposes.
Site Fuel has provided some of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I have ever encountered in a workplace. It allows me to continuously make new goals for myself, push my team, and provide them with tools to become better. I believe in sharing knowledge, so everyone can excel within their roles. With lots of hard work and dedication to building a strong team and assisting in hitting target goals, I was promoted to Sourcing Manager in October 2023.
Outside of the office, I'm a wife, mom to three sons, a daughter, big sister, and as my niece puts it, “the best auntie ever.” Most of my downtime is spent with kids. That is where most of my money is spent as well. When I'm not with the kids, my husband (Delvin) and I enjoy road trips, concerts, comedy shows, and scouting out our new favorite brunch spots in different cities.
